I hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Family and Child Development. I am a National Board-Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I am supervised by Britney Watson, MS, LPC-S.

With my prior experience working at the Children’s Advocacy Center in Bastrop, I have specialized experience helping individuals navigate and grow from their trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and anger management. My counseling approach could be considered eclectic and holistic. I enjoy watching my clients flourish in all areas of their life and tailor treatment accordingly. Since my work is densely packed with Adolescents, I also enjoy working with parents and caregivers as they are an important part of this process too. In addition to my work with individual clients at the CAC, I was also honored to co-facilitate a therapy group for adolescent girls where we discussed teenage brain development, healthy relationships, communication strategies, and so much more.

My counseling experience include working with adults and adolescents who are struggling with symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, age regression, relationship problems, impulsive anger, communication issues, and self harm/suicidal ideation.

If you are struggling, you are not alone! Whether you are seeking help in dealing with symptoms of trauma, a behavioral change, relationship problems, or simply needing extra support for your mental health, I am here to help guide you. I would feel honored to be invited into your world.

I am currently offering online counseling sessions to all Texas Residents. Please feel free to contact me for further information!
